Whiteleaf House is a grand six bedroom family home situated in the Chilterns Area of Natural Beauty (AONB) and the Whiteleaf Conservation Area.
The project undertaken at Whiteleaf House comprised the renovation, extension and upgrading of the existing early twentieth century house.
Demolition of an existing rear two storey wing and single storey kitchen paved the way for a new rear extension providing a modern open plan living, dining and kitchen space. A master bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom and dressing room are a feature part of the first floor extension.
In addition to refurbishing the existing chimneys, a new chimney was constructed to house a log burning stove in the newly built, open plan living space.
External landscaping work was undertaken to provide a feature fountain pool cascading into a decorative pool at the base of the garden upon which new paving, patio and outside dining spaces have been created.
